Every Carriage reformer carries a 10 / 2 / 1 limited commercial warranty, a typical 8–12 week built-to-order production range, and standard freight included in the machine price.

Production begins after payment clears; freight transit comes after.
Standard freight
The published machine price includes standard freight to the destination. Inside placement and white-glove setup are separate unless added to your order. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt at delivery. Freight-damage and shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

What’s covered
The limited commercial warranty covers the original purchaser from the recorded delivery date and is parts-only unless the order says otherwise.
Structural frame and welds
Manufacturing defects.
Moving parts and mechanisms
Manufacturing defects.
Springs, ropes/cables, straps, upholstery, and finish
Manufacturing defects. Wear, fading, and cleaner damage are not defects.
What isn’t covered
The warranty covers defects, not normal wear, misuse, or freight damage that was not reported on time.
- Normal wear and expected cosmetic aging
- Misuse, impact, unauthorized modification, or improper repair
- Incorrect cleaning products, moisture, or outdoor storage
- Freight damage or shortages not reported within the 48-hour claim window

How long is the Carriage reformer warranty?
The limited commercial warranty runs 10 years on the structural frame and welds, 2 years on moving parts and mechanisms, and 1 year on springs, ropes/cables, straps, upholstery, and finish against manufacturing defects. It starts on the recorded delivery date.
Does the warranty cover labor or freight?
No. Coverage is parts-only for the original purchaser unless your written order says otherwise. Labor, freight for replacement parts, and on-site service are not included by default.
Is standard freight included in the machine price?
Yes. Carriage One and Carriage X are $5,500 and Carriage One S is $5,000, each including standard freight to the destination in the United States. Inside placement and white-glove setup are separate unless added to your order.
How long does production take after I buy?
Typical built-to-order production is an 8–12 week range after payment clears. Freight transit follows production. This is a range, not a promised delivery date.
What if the machine arrives damaged?
Note visible damage on the delivery receipt when the freight arrives. Freight-damage and shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos, the order number, and the machine serial number.
Is the warranty transferable?
No. Coverage is for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Your written order controls the specific sale.
