What we collect

We collect what you submit on inquiry forms and at checkout: name, email, phone, studio name, city or shipping address, training preferences, and your message. We also receive basic technical data needed to run and protect the site.

How we use it

We use it to reply, process orders, send receipts, handle warranty or parts requests, and prevent spam. If you arrived from an ad, we may keep campaign details in this browser so we know which visit led to a question or order. Clearing this site's browser data removes that.

Payments and email

Stripe processes payment and tax. We do not store full card numbers on this website. Postmark sends order and reply emails. ClassFlow manages inquiries. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site.

Advertising

We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure visits, product views, cart additions, inquiries, checkout starts, and purchases. This can share browser identifiers, event details and hashed contact information with Meta to match activity to ads. You can turn off advertising measurement below. We honor saved opt-outs and Global Privacy Control.

Sharing

We share information with those providers only as needed to run the shop, fill an order, or comply with law. When you request training information, we may share your submitted contact and studio details with Exercise Strength Core to respond to that request. We do not sell personal information.

Your requests

Email hello@shopcarriageco.com to ask about information we hold for a question or order. We may keep records required for payment, tax, warranty, or legal reasons. This site is not directed to children under 13.
