What should I include in a Carriage support request?

Include the machine model, order number and serial number when available, the part or issue location, whether the machine is still operating, and a clear description. After submission, reply to the confirmation email with photos or a short video.

Can I buy a replacement part outside warranty?

Yes. The Carriage Co. confirms the compatible part, whether it is covered or paid, any price or freight charge, and the installation instructions before shipment.

Which Carriage parts are commonly stocked?

Common wear parts stocked in Utah include springs, ropes or cables, straps, handles, carriage wheels, spring clips, and pads. Larger assemblies and custom-color parts are quoted with current timing.

Should I keep using a machine with an unusual sound or damaged part?

No. Remove it from service when a part is frayed, cracked, bent, deformed, loose, corroded, or causing unusual noise or movement. Return it to service only after the issue is resolved and the supplied check is complete.

Does Carriage require machine-specific instructor certification?

No. The Carriage Co. does not require a proprietary equipment certification or annual equipment license. Studios remain responsible for qualified instruction, programming, and safety practices. Optional instructor education is available to explore with Exercise Strength Core. Request training information through Carriage; training is arranged separately.
